1. Safety, Consent, and Adult Content

Adult Vibes are intended only for consenting adults. You are responsible for making sure your group is comfortable before playing.

Truth or Dare Me includes free Vibes for casual play and premium Vibes such as Spicy, Taboo, and NSFW for adult groups that clearly opt in to mature themes. If you unlock or host mature content, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.

You are responsible for your physical environment, your choices, and the people in your group. Players should pass on any card that feels unsafe, unwanted, illegal, or uncomfortable. We are not responsible for injuries, property damage, emotional distress, or legal issues caused by actions taken during a game.

2. Player Profiles, Matchmaking, and Rooms

The game may let players use simple King or Queen profiles and choose whether they want to interact with everyone, Kings only, or Queens only. These settings are gameplay tools. They do not verify identity, age, gender, relationship status, or consent.

Live Room Sync lets a premium host create a room code and connect multiple devices. The host controls the room flow, but every player remains responsible for their own participation and boundaries.

3. Custom Decks and AI Generation

Premium players can create custom truth questions and dare challenges manually or with AI. By submitting custom themes, inside jokes, names, locations, or card text, you give us permission to store, process, display, and moderate that content so the game can work.

Do not create or request content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, non-consensual, defamatory, exploitative, or sexual involving minors. We may remove custom decks, restrict access, or terminate accounts that abuse custom deck tools.

4. Ads, Premium Access, and Fair Use

The free version is supported by advertising. Premium access may remove ads, unlock hotter Vibes, enable Live Room Sync, and provide custom deck features depending on the active pass or membership.

AI generation and cloud features may be limited by fair-use rules so the service stays reliable for everyone. We may adjust limits, card availability, languages, and premium features as the product grows.
