1. Liability, Safety, and Age Attestation Gate

The Platform provides peer entertainment tracking systems. Unlocking mature content tracks (specifically including the "taboo" and "nsfw" card configurations) requires a premium identity verification loop. By completing a RevenueCat checkout, the purchaser explicitly guarantees that they are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in their current jurisdiction). The purchaser assumes full and exclusive legal accountability for verifying that all active physical participants in their local room session match or exceed the legal age of majority.

We do not evaluate or assume control over local physical environments. The creators, developers, and operators of the Platform are completely insulated from any liability regarding personal physical injury, property destruction, psychological distress, or statutory infractions arising from actions taken during a session loop.

2. User Generated Content & Premium AI Generation

Our platform features a Premium AI Engine Creator allowing users to input personalized parameters and custom keywords to compile custom card bundles. By feeding information into our custom card generation prompts, you grant the Platform a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, cache, distribute, and filter those text string arrays within our storage clusters.

You are strictly prohibited from utilizing our text inputs or AI builder mechanisms to intentionally output content that is defamatory, illegal, non-consensual, or explicit involving minors. Attempting to formulate prohibited text patterns will result in immediate, automated scrubbing of your custom_games documents from Cloud Firestore and permanent account termination steps.

3. Monetization Protections, Analytics, and Adblocking

Free tier operational structures rely on programmatic ad timing sequences containing interleaved full-page breaks, videos, and active banner elements. The core engine monitors local environment capabilities, including active browser-level adblock statuses, to maintain monetization pipeline balance.

Users agree not to scrape background API channels, reverse-engineer platform endpoints, spoof ad metrics tokens, or engineer denial-of-service attempts targeting our multiplayer coordination or AI compilation endpoints. Tampering with platform parameters triggers an immediate termination of database session authorizations.
